Happy New Year!

We hope you all had a restful and fun filled winter vacation. We are now into our second week of school and the winter weather continues to delight. We have had a mix of rain, sun and snow over these last couple weeks. When it is exceptionally wet outside we sometimes stay inside during recess and lunch. Here are a few pictures of our inside day last week, as well as, a couple of pictures of our special birthday boy who turned eight!

Guess Who?

We have been learning all about owls this month. They really are quite fascinating creatures. On Terrific Tuesdays with Mrs. Nielsen, we have learned about the elf owl and the burrowing owl and next week we will learn about the snowy owl. We have made some fabulous owl art with Mrs. Aubey on Fantastic Fridays.  Can you guess whooooooooo is behind the mask?

Halloween Fun!

Pumpkin Patch

It was raining and it was muddy, but our trip to the Pumpkin Patch was totally worth it! I think the pictures speak for themselves.
